The PS 10 is the ultimate high production, quality rotary numbering system, loaded with features found in no other competitive machine. This dramatically increases your numbering production capability with greater versatility.

The PS 10 features a continuos running main shaft that permits a numbering speed up to 10,000 sheet per hour, regardless of the number of printheads.

With a twenty four head set-up you can produce up to 240,000 quality numbers per hour! This means greater productivity , and higher profits.

Adjust print position on the run - quick and easy. Shown with 8 heads, strike block and 3 holding rings. The 8 head setup is perfect for a 4-up ticket job - two numbers per ticket at a production rate of 40,000 tickets per hour.

Optional micro perforating with 72 T.P.I. Assembly is easily mounted on our lift out delivery unit. Base equipped with three individual pumps for control of the pneumatics, sheet vacuum, and sheet separation air flow. All neatly contained in the bottom of the unit, for easy access.
Oscillating Roller System provides full machine width and coverage. Ability to match and PMS color. Provides crisp, clean images that meet or exceed letterpress quality. Lift out air suction feeder with adjustable paper alignment for quick registration. Strike block available in various sizes for marginal crash imprinting. Plates may be sourced in magnesium, plastic photopolymer, or rubber. Lift out delivery system allows easy set-up change with adjustable depth control for perforating, scoring, and slitting. Large 1 1/16" diameter hard chromium plated steel shafts and 2 1/2" diameter solid blades.

7 wheel, curved base, spring return, 3/16" Gothic backward counting with sinkable zeros as standard. A variety of alternative character styles and sizes are available upon request including detachable "No" slide prefixes.
