Shipping and Returns Policy
We make every attempt to ship the same day on parts orders. we do have a 2:00PM PST Cut off for same day shipments. Machinery orders lead time will vary. Contact your Sales Rep for lead time.
All Machinery is shipped via truck freight contact you sales rep for pricing and delivery time.
We are a Global Manufacturer and ship to all U.S. states. We also ship to most countries.
Normal shipping of Parts is via USPS or FeDEx. All orders are shipped from Escondido CA so delivery times will vary depending on your location and the method of shipping. We normally process orders the day we receive them and they are picked up the next day.
Shipping is not free and does include a handling fee. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.
International Shipping Information is available upon request.
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.
All return packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund minus the 25% restocking fee.
