Machine Request: Removal of die cut hole in middle of sheet
Solution: Count Hole Sucker Machine
This was a great project to work on. Our engineering department started with our speedfeeder design and removed the perf and score feature. Then made a customer vacuum chamber large enough to suck the cut out of the paper. Using an industrial vacuum we were able to contain the remnants. We started with our Accucreaser design and Added a transfer table into a custom slitting unit of one of our older numbering machines called the M121. Adding our motorized delivery enables for perfect shingling of the stock. With this custom machine we were able to complete the job of 3 Duplo's in a faster amount of time.
